GENERAL INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing Sales Tax Resale Certificates, Direct Pay Sales Tax Certificates, Exempt Sales Tax Certificate, or other certificates prior to shipping. Certificate of Compliance, W-9, etc are provided to existing customers who have placed orders.

SALES POLICY

We sell to all types of customers including consumers, computer dealers, telcom dealers, distributors, catalogers, government, schools, etc. Anyone can purchase from this site without filling out an application.

FREIGHT POLICY

The Customer is responsible for all freight cost to their location. Catskill Supply presently uses Federal Express for their shipping carrier. We do not and cannot use UPS or DHL. We can use your FedEx Shipper Number. If we do use your shipper number, you are still responsible if FedEx still bills us for your freight. We do have a sophisticated Freight Estimating System that will estimate the actual shipping charges. We do not have any hidden freight or handling fees. We can estimate the freight charges at the time of placing your order. In most cases we will be shipping your order the same day you place it. We can use Mail for International shipments. Customers will be responsible for freight cost due to packages that are returned because of package refusal, non-deliverable addresses, and inability to deliver.

PAYMENT METHODS

Catskill Supply is one of the most aggressive distributors of networking, telcom, electrical, electronic and computer cabling and products in North America. Due to the fact that our prices are so aggressive, we cannot offer terms. Terms doubles our cost of processing order. Most of our customer prefer a lower price. We will be happy to reference your Purchase Order number on your invoice, but any Terms and Conditions listed on the Purchase Order are null and void. Listed below are acceptable payment terms:

Your company agrees to pay any bank fees, collection cost, or reasonable attorney fees, court cost, and any other reasonable cost required to obtain the funds owed to Catskill Supply. This includes, but not limted to bad checks, stop payments, chargebacks, closed accounts, etc

MINIMUM ORDER

Catskill Supply has a minimum order is $10 for products (freight charges and sales tax for New York State delivery locations are not considered part of the $10). This applies to each order that is placed.

ORDER QUANTITY

If you are looking for a better price, then move up your order quantity to the next Unit of Measure. For Example, buy moving from a package of items to a case, you will get a significant reduction in price. Additionally, UOM pricing is for exact quantity of the UOM. For example, if the package quantity is 50, and the case quantity is 900, and you order 1,000 of a particular item, then your price be calulate for 900 items at case pricing, and 100 items at package pricing. We do NOT allow mixing to meet UOM pricing.

RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS! We do allow exchanges for mistakes in color, size, or length. You are required to obtain an RMA number for all returns within 30 days of the invoice date. RMA are only valid for 14 days from the date of being issued. No returns for special orders. All electronic items are tested prior to shipment. In most cases electronic items are under warranty. Catkill Supply will help you in the case of malfunctioning electronic equipment. A 15-30% restocking fee will apply to all returned products, and your freight charges will not be refunded. All returns will be issued a credit for future purchases. No exceptions. When you receive package(s) from Catskill Supply, please inspect the box, to ensure that it has not been opened or damaged during shipment, PRIOR to signing for the package(s). If it has been opened or damaged, please have the shipper make a note of it, and contact our office within 24 hours of the discovery. If you have an accurate scale if your office, please weight the package in front of the shipper, and compare it to the weight on the label. If it is not within the pound round up, items have most likely been lost during shipment. You have seven days to report any missing or damaged items. We do video tape all packaging of boxes in case there is a dispute.

LEGAL

We are not responsible for typographical errors. You are responsible in making sure that they install the correct product correctly, and you will idemnify Catskill Supply in all cases of liability. Catskill Supply is not responsible for any damages caused by products for incidental, consequential and contingent damages of any kind or nature without limitation, which includes loss of data or profits.
